oke I’ve promoted this recipe all over the interweb the past 2 weeks so here it finally is!

you need;
red lentil
salt
2 onions
2 garlics
coriander
a lemon
rice
water
(optional) fire extingusher

put a bowl of red lentil full of water somewhere safe for atleast 2 hours (max 1 day else it will become rock hard)
for 500gram of lintel you need 1 liter of water, or atleast still they are drowning and then a little bit more

put the rice up and while thats warming itself up, cut put 2 onions in to tiny pieces and 2 toes of garlic aswell
fry them in a wok or a large thing that looks the same, till the garlic looks glassy

save the remaining liquid from the lentils and throw the lentils in the wok when the onions look glassy, add water till they’re drowning again
when the water is vapourizing read a light novel.. and stir the rice (or call the fire department when you took to long and its burning) and when it looks done take it off (the rice)

when the lentil and stuff is promoted to a sauce like substance  add lemon juice, sitr it a little and take it off the fire (dont forget to put the fire out)
add coriander and salt to your liking and your done!

how to serve; for put the rice on your plate and then throw the Dahl over the rice
